Uh, what the heck? Previously i had minor light issues in the Ragged Flaggon. Now i have obvious flicker with lights turning on and off right in front of me. Running ELFX + ELFX Shadows.
Oh well, good reminder to myself that "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." -
A BOS version would be highly appreciated.

You have to download it first! Then you can endorse it.

You should be able to endorse now. Takes up to 1 hour if not a little less in order for you to actually test and play the mod. Or at least that's what I've always believed, I do know it takes 45 mins to an hour though to endorse once downloaded however.

If you have mods adding more light sources (interior or lightning overhauls) in this cell or the NPCs carry a torch or other light source, this bug will still occur. It's almost impossible to not go above 4 lights per mesh, when the architecture mesh size is quite large.

It depends on the lighting mod you're using. I don't have any flickering on my latest build with Lux, even with a torch on a vanilla game cause the mesh has been improved a bit in a few tedious areas. I checked JK's version quickly and it looked ok as well. But yeah torch plays a role there since it's adding a lightsource and thus visually breaking all borderline tris, otherwise everything is fine at least on my side.
Btw meshes are breaking at the 7th light bulb, engine limitation is 6 not 4. 4 is the shadowcaster limit that can be active at once. As a side note meshes are usually not breaking when mostly lit by a shadowcaster, thus your torch may not work on such surfaces but shadowcaster lighting will still work and the mesh won't break visually. It will only be lit by the shadowcaster though. -
If splitting mesh is what the mod does, why not include in your flickering meshes fix mod? And what is the esp file for?

If you don't mind getting technical, why exactly does splitting the mesh not work in this case, and how did USSEP make the problem more evident? I've been trying to figure it out since you released this :D

There seems to be a problem in combination with JK's Ragged Flagon. When I install your mod, there is some sort of wooden frame clipping through the sitting area - thought I'd let you know :)

in short engine limitations? because everything seems to be bugged like from the beginning xD didnt even know mods back in the day and played with 0 mods for 3-4 years

yeah 0 mods most of the time i didnt even know how quests normally proceeds and blood on ice quest was especially pain in the ass :( so especially after that decided to use mods and fixes because the mission was very confusing for me and sometimes bandits sent me letter and 300 gold? (bruh) etc. some of them were very funny :') one last thing played both le and se and se is very stable comparing to le, at least it doesnt crash to desktop in every 5-10 minutes oh btw finished two different mod lists with enbs and played one of them about 12 hours so far 0 problem and optimized as much possible. now trying the other one it feels different but i do enjoy a lot. im glad to find out what modding is.
