Wow, thank you all for over 10,000 Downloads! I'm happy to see this being well received!
If you are interested in using these animations on only female characters I recommend my overhaul of female sitting animations which includes these transitions for only female characters. Keep in mind it has a list of requirements *You can now find the mod here on nexus! https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/85599
Requires DAR or similar, XP32 Skeleton, Base Object Swapper and MujointFix/racemenuhh to get most accurate positioning

I've noticed a few videos incorrectly show chair and barstool transitions as if they are part of my mod. This mod only covers animations on tables with benches
I assume barstool transitions are having a small issue, when using this mod. I know, you've mentioned. that it isn't so I'm not creating a bug report. However, I have only your mod installed, while checking. tablebackexit is present only in your mod and that animation is shown (OAR animation log) both when I exit a bench and a barstool. While with the bench it works flawless, it's not working with the barstool at all - thus there's no transition.
Do you have any assumptions why can this be happening? I can't find a way to fix it :(
The reason vanilla sit transition animations are so awkward is because the animation is shared by both benches and barstools. Since this mod was made for benches only in mind, if you try this on barstools, you'll notice major clipping when leaving. Tho vanilla animations aren't particularly great either.
Working on a fix for this, this is seeming to be an unintended bug by bethesda. They even made the barstool exit animation but never bothered to make barstools actually use it lol.
I have an issue that goes away once mod is disabled. When pressing any movement button (WASD) while sitting on a bar stool, character just goes into standing animation with no transition at all. Works fine for normal chairs or benches.
@SonderBain Hey, I was using your mod since and now I'm doing a new modlist. So I check every mod, came here, watch again your youtube demo and it make me laugh so thank you :D
Descriptions states no known requirement. Download indicates a requirement. I'm assuming the description is more accurate here. They should probably be made to match in order to prevent confusion.
When wearing heels my character's hand floats a few inches above the table. Looks like the optional file increases the height. Is there a way I can lower it? I use HeelsFix, was recommended as a replacement for RM High Heels. Ty!
I think heelsfix has ways to adjust in mcm. I however dont recommend heelfix with my sitting animation mods as its very inconsistent with positioning, I recommend RM high Heels as that is what the animations are tested with.
This is a nice mod. I hope you will add animations for dudes too because my red blooded imperial dude sits like a princess but at least it doesn't send the plates to space.
This mod is great. All I can suggest is that you maybe can change name of mod, so that people have easier time finding it. Maybe add "sit" to name, as that is often part of search query when they look for mods like these.
This mod is great. A warning, this mod can interfere with the vanilla start. Offset seems to affect how the pc exits the carriage and results in them wandering to incorrect spots during vanilla start dialogue, preventing scene progression. I've had a few humorous starts with my pc walking endlessly into a carriage or Ulfric Stormcloak. To fix it, I exit the game, temporarily disable this mod, and boot up the auto-save.
Thats odd, my mod doesn't replace cart animations. I feel you may have something else interfering, though I could be wrong. If this obscure animation holds up the entire house of cards I honestly wouldnt be suprised, "it just works" I guess 😅

Works fine with it disabled, not sure what's going on.
