This version uses different locks that hopefully will have some impact on the saving issue of the most recent version. Also comes with a bugfix where absorb, accumulating magnitude, and value and parts magic effects were not updated properly

Note, API headers have been removed, as they were non-functioning. Of no consequence to most if not all developers. PS reupload due to minor error in IsInFaction function

Updated registry baseline. Change should be minor.
