For some very specific reason I don't want to use Keyword Item Distributor anymore, that mod is a soft requirement and this mod can be used without KID totally fine, am I correct? Thanks in advance.
I'm interested in using this with some economy mods (such as a mod to make currency copper coins), as well as Simonrim and Relationship Dialogue Overhaul. Do we know if any of these have any issues with this mod?
I was thinking the same. I've done a playthrough with this mod and what it does well is add stuff, and enable a wider amount to be crafted. However controlling prices of loot you sell, to avoid becoming a zillionaire by level 30, will require a mod like Trade and Barter.
For future reference, if a mod doesn't contain a .dll file it will typically be compatible with every Skyrim version unless otherwise stated. The thing that makes it compatible or not is the .dll file, which requires a specific version number of the game because the .dll is built to match that version number of the program. Mods that simply add or change things without requiring a .dll file will just work.
There are only a few exceptions, such as the super rare case that Bethesda actually made some kind of change that actually changes something that isn't just adding Creation Club stuff, and it overlaps with changes made by a mod. Such as if Bethesda decides to fix the dragon stalking bug suddenly, which they won't, then the dragon stalking fix mods will be redundant.
When I read the details of the mod everything looks great except one thing really discourages me from using the mod. wouldn't being able to create lockpicks with 1 iron ingot really takeaway the reason for taking lockpicking perks? because once you have a huge number of them you can just keep trying to open that one master lock as many times as you want without fear of running out of lockpicks for future locked stuff.
