I don't know what brand of sorcery you deploy to give each of these generic locations their own distinct identity by adding the least amount of clutter, but I'm convinced I need them in my 1000+ modlist. Thank you!
Just a FYI drive-by. While patching in xEdit, according to USSEP and Landscape and Water Fixes, DragonBridgeExterior03 under Worldspace is missing the proper Location. It should be DragonBridgeLocation "Dragon Bridge" [LCTN:00018A46], but this reverts it back to its erroneous Farm one.
Another instant download for me, great job as always! I often check your profile to wait for your city and town mods, I prefer them instead of huge overhaul mods for compatibility purposes and to be close to vanilla.
Also I wanna ask if it is compatible with the AI Overhaul mod? Does some of your added objects not overlap the markers added by that mod?

Yeah, some interiors of vanilla inns and taverns looks somewhat the same especially in some towns. I like the way you overhaul the cities because you fit there theme and location without going overboard with objects and clutters. Other mods overly clutters some locations even the less noticeable areas which causes fps loss to some rigs and requires a lot of patches if you have a heavily modded game. I'm not a big fan of all those extra "nordic" banners on the bridge, they make it a bit too cluttered, the Solitude ones would have been enough in my opinion. Other than that, another awesome town overhaul! Thank you!
Thanks again! As per the usual, you could disable them with the console, or I could make a small patch to remove them. But with a small patch I would be tempted to just remove all the banners to cover a wider variety of mods, which I know isn't really what you want, but I want to avoid uploading a bunch of different files for every small conflicting barrel and flag lol.
Given a civil war is going on, they may be more celebratory with soldiers coming and going from their village. I think the banners work for the setting in which the game takes place.
No no, I agree that there should be Solitude banners on the bridge, they make sense! It's the normal banners that may be a bit too much, especially because they cover the dragon silhouette from a far XD
