Thank you. I am not able to reproduce the bug though. There is no helmet mesh included in this mod so there may be something else in your load order that is causing the issue. Make sure the meshes from this mod are overwriting the original and there are no other kvetchi armors overwriting this. (The Kvetchi Armor texture upscale mod will not affect this mod, by the way.)
This is a SOS issue. But try this fix: 1) Disable SchlongsOfSkyrim.dll (in MO2 just hide it; alternatively you can try just renaming it). 2) Load your saved game and allow it to load until SOS messages stop. 3) Save the game in a new slot and quit to desktop. 4) Re-enable SchlongsOfSkyrim.dll 5) Load most recent game save as normal. 6) Save game in a new slot and play as normal.
