Put ESP as high as possible - above USSEP
ESM and ESL flagged and covers all DLCs which are required as masters -

Flagged as ESM. To be loaded as high as possible in your Mod Manager, ie. slot 5/6, above USSEP, after the main game .ESM files.

This is untested as VR users like myself cannot take advantage of ESL benefits.
