This is because Better Vampires changes the vampire races. This conflict is on Better Vampires because changing the vampire races is not necessary for a non-cosmetic vampire overhaul and even the vanilla game offers ways to replace vampire abilities without touching the race records. Sacrosanct and Sacrilege do not change the vampire races. Better Vampires should be updated to remove its race record edits.
There is something about "Fireblood" that is very persistent on my character. Whenever I activate an enemy, it prompts me to use it, even if I have no Fire Captured. I've tried dispelling it, removing multiple spells, nothing helps. I suspect it something to do with a script. Is there any way I could forcibly remove it?
Edit: Workaround time - I actually just ended up making a patch for "Dynamic Activation Key", which ended up being a very satisfying fix!
nvm... i may have misunderstood "Star of the west" racial bonus, the 2 additional perk points it refers to are gained once at the start of a new character, correct me if i'm wrong...
I guess some NPC races would have a bit more utility n uniqueness in battle while others would not benefit much? As Breton and Imperial don’t appear to have any powers for battle applications I suppose?
Imperial Gold: Imperials find more gold and valuables. They can activate humanoid opponents to bribe them for 40 Gold per level.
Bribe part of this is completely busted against NPCs. Also that bonus gold adds up pretty fast. Bretons meanwhile get free regen, magic resistance and spell absorption from their artefacts which is pretty nice.
Noticed that caustic spit wont load the particles when I reloaded to my first save it will do it but only on the initial usage. For context the only mod im using that should alter my character is racemenu so I can scale them up to about 1.3 scale because I like a big argonian.
So this issue is triggered by reloading the game? I know reloading the game breaks various things, such as doubling the perks enemies get (you died to a boss and reload? Now they get more perks), but I am unaware of a bug where reloading the game causes assets to not load.
I did more testing and now I'm noticing that its seemingly random. Can be a brand new save and it will just not display the particle when used on surfaces or npcs. Not sure if it applies the debuff or not and I can't remember if its supposed to cause enemies to stagger but if it is it doesn't do that either. I can send a recording if needed.
running LOOT gives me an error and I don't know what it means, or what I am missing. Can someone help me out?Error: This plugin requires "ccBGSSSE037-Curios.esl" to be installed, but it is missing.
The fact that this official creation is free in the latest version of Skyrim means everyone has it and I can use its features, such as the new loot that is added to relevant NPC vendors by certain racial abilities.

I see the Mannaz 3.0.1 and v. 2.0 have AE-content as depencies(Curios, at least).
Had to ask if I can still use this for example with 1.597 with ae content? Because I loved this mannaz+freyr combo so much.
I have downgraded Skyrim to 1.597 with "best of the both worlds" patcher that left AE-content, fishing cc, curios etc. to the game. Was still wondering tho will there still be conflicts for those of us with 1.597.

In case anyone ends up checking comments for the same reason as me, this acts wonky with Dunmer Scarification - New Scar Complexions; for me, it made Fireblood not show in effects. Load Mannaz AFTER Scarfication and it should work fine. And maybe throw in Mannaz - Some Head Patches to be on the safe side.

Even your own mod, Sacrosanct, changes the vampire races so that the racial passives and the powers revert to vanilla.
Sacrosanct should be updated to remove its race record edits.
This "fix" doesn't do anything. I've already tried it.
The issue I was having was caused by High Poly Head, of all things.

You do need Curios, because it is a free mod and everyone should have it since 1.597.
