Sorry, I don't know where to ask this question. Some of the rocks have this texture, and they also shine without being affected by shadows, so what could be causing this problem? This may not be what I'm asking here, but I couldn't solve the problem by changing the texture order or load order, and I was at a loss.
I tried removing various meshes and checking, but I think there is a problem with rockpilem01tundra.nif, rockpilem02tundra.nif, and rockpilel03moss.nif. If you remove these, the parallax won't work properly on the rock and it will look like it's melted, but the abnormal lighting will be resolved.
Open rockpilem02tundra.nif with NifSkope, click in 20 BSTriShape, double click in Alpha Property and remove the content. It must display "none". Save the nif. Do the same with the other NIF´s, clicking in the problematic BSTriShape.
Hey, after a lot of headaches and help from guys in the Community Shaders discord, we realized this mod uses steel cubemaps for the big mountains for some reason. This, when using dynamic cubemaps, makes the mountains look as if they're made of steel (unsurprisingly). Could you fix the cubemaps to use regular mountain ones (as i assume they're supposed to). here are a couple images to show how it looks like
does this come with inbuilt double sided meshes? or do we need to first do the whole originial MM procedure and then put this MM parrallax version ontop of it? i already have dvlass undersided meshes installed
Is there any way I can use this together with Simplicity of Snow? (BDS has too much compatibility checks for me to go through) Does anybody know a patch?
I dont know why the parallax works on ground and stuff but not on the rocks they have like a clear glass over them and the texture moves when i move. Terrain parallax is true and complex terrain parallax is true as well as terrain blending true.
Load order is important, you absolutly need Majestic Landscape, only the meshes or the full pack, depends what textures you will using, load Majestic landscape AFTER any Majestic Mountain files , T4. has never realy clarify this, and thats the reason why many have problems with warping rocks in tundra.
When you use Parallax Gen, you must run it again of course when you change loadorder for meshes.
Also it's either BDS 2.11 with the synthesis patcher or BDS 2.11 Definitive Edition (DE) by itself. I'm using the DE version and it works well with my whole setup (I use No Snow Under The roof too).
To anyone wondering why they're getting pale blue/white grey textures on some rock clusters, this "patch" is why: MMCM and ML meshes "patch" <--- Do NOT use that. I have tested it very carefully and have narrowed it down to this "patch" that admits to changing texture paths on their description page.
ALSO removeLandscape and Water Fixes as it's also causing the issue but in different areas, and use Vanilla Landscape Corrections (VLC) instead as it was made for MM (load after MM). If you're using any synthesis patcher make sure to run it afterwards.

Can you tell me what you mean by forwarding the original record?
Yes it is double sided.
Yes it has accurate collisions.

Also use Vanilla Landscape Corrections (VLC) instead of Lawf and load after MM. If using synthesis run it afterwards.
