   I can't find the weapon. I spoke with Eorlund, went through his inventory several times but he isn't selling it. Tried pickpocketing him, didn't have it. I reinstalled the mod and went through his inventory but I still couldn't find it anywhere. I'd try to use the console, but I'm not very knowledgable on how to use the console. Could anyone help?

      You might need to wait 48 hours for a vendor refresh. But here's the command anyway. Without quotations:
      
      "help scalpel"
      
      "player. additem (enter the Scalpel's ID here) 1"
      
      Let me know if that doesn't work

      Waited a while, still didn't appear in his inventory during a sale, the command did work however. Thanks a lot for your help!

      Cause I'm too lazy to go find enemies after spending like an hour total waiting for stuff to load, and my boy Inigo was right there

      Nope, it uses the same meshes/textures you have for the ebony blade. But it does have electrical visuals (hard to show animated sparks in a picture, but it's there)
