I'm really enjoying my journey at Skyrim with your modlist and my 4 years old rig handles it well. Thank you for your work NotSafeForAdults64 ! Edit : Little issue is fixed
Anyone else getting this, I fixed it by uninstalling creation kit and reinstalling 3 separate times for it to actually download that file. This is a creation kit issue.
This is by far my favorite modlist for the tone and combat. Plenty of new bells and whistles to keep things fresh after 13 years. And the performance is outstanding. I rarely get CTDs.
Glad it got put back up on Wabbajack.
If the Char Grinn install fails after following the instructions, and you got your copy of Skyrim on Steam, download the Skyrim Creation Kit on Steam and try again. That worked for me.
really enjoying this modlist. Only issues I've ran into so far are when I die or otherwise try to load a save when in-game the game will crash (loads flawlessly from main menu, so when I die I just exit to main menu and circumvent the issue). Other than that, I think I've crashed one time in the 20+ hours I've played so far.
Keep up the good work, this is one of the smoothest modlists I've ever used, gameplay *and* performance wise. Speaking of performance, idk if I've used a modlist with this amount of mods that ran *this* smooth. Other than the initial loading of the game (which probably speaks more to my mid hardware than it does this list). I keep hyping up the performance but I'm also impressed at how good it looks considering how nice it runs for me. Seriously, thank you for your work on this list its some of the most fun I've had with Skyrim in a while.
💕Thanks so much for the kind words! They are TRULY appreciated.
For the CTD on death, I've been using this mod which I am adding to the next update. It has worked without issue on the list and allows you to 'keep going' without having to reload.
Install the mod (can be installed at any time) and place under 'Optional Gameplay' section in MO2. Enable the .esp and place under 'additionalhearthfiredolls.esp' under Plugins in MO2. Launch game and load your game, it may take several seconds for the MCM to appear. Open MCM Menu for Respawn and use the following settings: Disable everything under 'Respawn Locations' except 'Last Bed or Campfires 'and 'Disabled Quicksaving' under "Save Settings'. All other settings for this mod should be unchecked and/or set to 0. Save your game, close the game and relaunch using your new save. Go sleep in an inn and then get killed, you should respawn in the inn where you last slept.
Jump on our Discord if you need more help! I'm back to being pretty active in there.
Awesome, I'll try adding them when I can. Any chance you could explain taking on the main quest? I did the quick start as recommended in the readme (picked "I AM the Dragonborn" option, got my gear/class and hit enter/continue), been running around doing some of the added quests and what not, but the only "main" quest I've seen was to pick up the ex-Thalmor agent companion at the Shrine of Talos southwest of Riverwood/Northeast of Falkreath.
Edit: Nvm, I see its part of Skyrim Unbound, pretty much just play til dragons spawn, absorb a soul, shout and then the Greybeards summon you, no?
Joined the discord but cant post, so posting here instead, just attempted to install this, Heels Sounds 1.6 wont install as the mod is removed from the nexus. can i maybe have a google drive link or some such please

Where do I get this file? Verifying game files doesn't fix this.

I built this on my 2021 Asus ROG gaming laptop (GA503QR-HQ098R). So it should perform fairly well for moderate specs.
