Working on a couple new Skyrim mod lists and playing with Animated Wings Ultimate again his high up on my priority list.

Was hoping to find something that had added some new animations/behaviors and found this mod - Definitely going to give it a try!

One thing that's always seemed lacking imo, ever since Anton's original upload, was the jump animation. Is there any way to play the Dragon big flap/takoff animation for each time I hit the jump button? Using Dragon Wings Ultimate + Multiple Jump, I increased the power/height of my jumps to fit with having the wings. I'm able to flap along and use my wings in combat or get to high ground as needed,  but it never looked right to me. The animation as is basically just stretches my wings out and gives them a wiggle rather than making them actually give that big flap one would expect to see when dragon/bird/Dovahkiin is taking flight.

    EDIT:
So I installed this and was shocked to see you sorta had done what I was asking for.  I love that instead of simply unfurling the wings when I jump, I actually get the wing flap. This makes far more sense for that initial takeoff, when any flying creature would need that burst from their wings to get aloft.

However, I've run into a couple issues:
Worst and most game-breaking for me - I'm no longer getting any flying behavior from my wings when using the Flying Mod Spell. My character simply kinda super-mans along while my wings remain idle sadly.

Second, the wing flap is very slow. I never had an issue with my wings staying outstretched while gliding, that sorta makes sense to me. Is it at all possible to speed up the flap and have it only activate while tapping the jump button?

Love the direction of this mod - With or without my suggestions I hope you're able to get this working with flying!

the animation is absolute amazing, i really enjoyed it, thank you for this great mod. I do hope if you have future plan maybe you can add new animation for stealth behavior, like the original mod wings will extend to both the body sides, cover the character like shields,

If your thinking of animation base things could we have the wings used to attack, so for example it could be used as an alternative to hand to hand. probably use dar to override the player body animations to a set that keeps them still or just stays in a block animation state or something and have the wings swing round in front of them to give you the visual delivery of the wings hitting the target

Could also do a block attack so the wings swing in front when blocking to strike the target(can use this wile having another weapon drawn) i think there is a mod somewhere that has a block attack effect through a magic effect that will hit the target when blocking could use that so the wing block attacks cause damage

Attacking with them would extend there use as in a combat situation when your not flying there just kinda there
Few movies iv seen that has angels iv seen them strike someone with there wings

Is it possible to get the upper torso to bend in the crosshair direction
    Like Proper Spell Cast Direction
So the spine can bend as you turn to feel more natural

On the same vain, could the whole body be allowed to tilt up or down when flying up or down
So have the whole body tilt to the direction, maybe with the upper and lowerbody delay so upper tilts first then lower follows after to have that spine bend

Its to fix what i always see with all flying mods when you fly downward you remain completely horizontal which looks odd, the only mode i know that tries to fix that is the flying mod beta wich forces animation transitions but are always laggy, there is a big delay between your movements and the animations playing

If it could be done in behaviour then that could work best, i just dont know anything about behaviours other then there better then script forced things

i think when i used the original version of the wing mod with the fly mechanic additional mod, i believe the body would point downward when flying down, but i didnt use it for very long as it broke my feeling of immersion.. to answer your question, No the behavior only allows for me to choose what animations that the wings use for certain actions, like run, jump, turn, land... all of the actions trigger animations that can play. Behavior files only let me choose what animation the game points to for the actions that the player does. I think i could be possible to achieve what you want, The  action of falling can trigger the animation to point downward, but i wouldn't know where to begin.

Oh okay so it would be more like a proper behaviour version of Flying Mod Beta
Which tries to do the upward and downward flying bit is all scripted and is often very delayed, at times you left pointing at weird angles till the script wakes back up and changes your animation
A behaviour upgrade to this would be much better your your able and willing, it would be a nice compliment to this wing behaviour mod

As for the thing like Proper Spell Cast Direction how is that done, all i was thinking is adding this behaviour to all flight animations so that when your flying and you look around the torso twists to look in that direction as it dose with spell casting

proper spell casting is just the same as head tracking behavior, i have no idea how i would make that work for this, i will get into it in the future tho

Right i have no idea either but iv always though that it would make flying mods look better and more natural
So i thought i would put the idea to you incase you could do it or in the future
