14/11/2024 - 2.0 Update Is live. Many changes, better performance, some new meshes. Largasbur was my 3rd mod I made over a year ago, I made many mistakes and the old version had messy construction, too many objects etc. I have left the pics of the old version up so people can see. 2.0 is a new esp and other patches will need to be updated for this mod version etc
just quickly wanted to point out that the Spice of Life patches are for the original mod. if anyone use Spice of Life - FYX 3D Patches with the optional ESL-flagged plugin you will get errors, which will show up both in Dyndolod and SSEEdit, and probably lead to crashes.
The quick solution here is to just use original plugin from Spice of Life - Orc Strongholds SE and ESL-flag it yourself with the Narzulbur and Largashbur Spice of Life patches installed. This will ensure compatibility, so you don't see stuff like [FE0AE318] < Error: Could not be resolved >
I'll post this over at the Narzulbur page as well just in case
I have a weird issue where the Gate to the stronghold is not in it's correct place. it's like a meter forward it's basically in front of the guards that stand outside the gate plus it's floating along with left tower's roof and pillars slightly floating as well any idea what causes this. is it maybe because I installed this mid playthrough (I never had any of the previous versions the latest version is the only version I have had)
It's worth mentioning I do have all the other mods changing the orc strongholds as well
Hi. Yes most likely the cause of objects being all of the place is because of updating while mid save. this happens when the mod has had it's form ids recompacted.
I Suggest reverting to a save before you updated and then following a clean installation steps.
thanks for your reply, Unfortunately I don't have a save from before so I'll just have to disable until my next save but other than that it still works as intended
I have the latest Largashbur version installed, and I have Gods & Worship installed, which uses the Daedric Shrines mod.
Edit: Also, I ended up having to use the console to progress the quest, and Atub walked all the way from Largashbur to Fallowstone Cave, arriving just before I entered the Giant's Grove, to talk to Yamarz about the Malacath ritual, then walked all the way back to Largashbur, and seems to behave normally now.
I don't understand what you fixed there, but your new version still has the same bugs. The gate to the fortress is not located in the center, but somewhere in the air. Atub still does not go to his place for the Ritual. Atub is constantly leaving the fortress somewhere.
Sounds like you have a conflict with another mod in your load order, or if you updated the mod mid game without doing a clean install first. i have just tested this on a new save and everything works fine
After putting Spice of life before Largashbur, I have those 3 small issues : see pictures. Patching it is easy but I just wanted to share the info (or if i'm doing something wrong).
It also seems a crate is clipping through barrels. Maybe it's a mesh issue on my side ?
Exactly what I am looking for at the moment: mods that improve existing locations.
Nice attention to details, like the orcs being a little bit bigger. I would like to make a suggestion, maybe you could "lit" some of the lanterns that are over the farm and the cow.
I created some mods (just player homes) and I know how creating a mod like yours demands a lot of time, effort to place everything manually, adjust angles, size and making everything look a little messy, but organized somehow... so, I would like to thank you for your time and dedication!

UPDATE: it seems disabling DynDOLOD stop the CTD when entering the house still not sure why, then when i entered the house there are 3 bandits inside (might be a incompatiblity with some of my enemy mods)
Exactly the same, I think some kind of patch is missing but I don't know which one. This same error also happened with another city mod that made everything disappear and reappear again and they released a patch to fix it. I think it was the Winterhold city mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17127 Without its corresponding patch the city center disappears and reappears just like here, this is an example to understand the situation, If anyone knows of a patch or knows how to create one, please let us know.

Edit: I'm also having the issue where Atub walks outside the gates and down into a ditch just below where the giants spawn, and just stands there.
are you using the latest version of the mod? i have tested a few times and this never happend on the recent version.
