Is there a way to just get the combat freedom and remove the leaning animations? I personally dont like the way it makes the npc's move so is there a way to remove just that from this mod? Can i just delete or change any settings? i would have just removed it from the mcm menu but its not there. Any help would be appreciated.
I tried adding the esp by itself but it didnt work, when i tried to add the files from scripts it added everything back. Do i just need to have DSerCombatGameplayOverhaul.esp for the mcm menu to show up? is there anything i can do to just remove the leaning animation? I like just the combat freedom and jump attacks, the leaning stuff really hurts my eyes so if i could just remove it completely that would be awesome. I appreciate any help you can give.
So, I have a problem that whenever I'm holding a two handed weapon, it equips it as one (Showing the two handed weapon equiped and the other hand empty), is there a way to fix it?
I know CGO Stripped does something kinda like this but I wanted something without the need of .ESP files or MCM configuration CGO Stripped was cool but it crashed a bit for me
Would it be possible to make a version that is compatible with Jumping/Sprint Jumping animations from Comprehensive First Person Animations Overhaul? I think some behaviors are overwritten by CGO and they end up not working.
You could try to install CGO first and then install the Comprehensive First Person Animations Overhaul in theory it should replace some of the CGO files or if you're on VORTEX Mod Manager you can set the First Person animations to work *BEFORE* CGO and CGO *AFTER*
I use MO2 and CGO (either normal or this version) loads before CFPAO, and it still negates the jump animations. Also, sorry if the previous comment came up as a somewhat imperative request, I just want to find a middle-ground between CGO and CFPAO, since I can't really play Skyrim anymore without the Free Movement during Power Attacks, but I also really love the details on the jump animations from CFPAO. Without the middle-ground, unfortunately I'll have to opt for the gameplay mod instead of the full animation quality, since I'll still use the FP Animations for basically everything else. But thanks for trying to help. Endorsed.
Don't worry, not your fault. Just thought it might be possible, but like you said, jump attacks and power attack behavior are in the same file (if I understood correctly), so it might actually be impossible to have one without the other unless CGO gets an entire overhaul itself.
So any mod that would overwrite certain parts of this, like Leviathan II - Greatsword Low Stance does... should they go before, after, or avoid using them? I don't want the effect interrupted by another mod, so logic says after... but it could also be to avoid using those other mods.
I'm honestly not sure if you should use before or after my understanding is that "after" means working after a certain mod to avoid certain issues that the leaning might create so maybe you should just try it out a bit test attacks test spells anything related to animations and see if anything goes wrong

i am sure khajit sprint cgo is no longer needed, because it rellies on cgo.esp, but still wondering if the original will work.
I will test it out.
