My HIMBO refits will have zeroed meshes included, meaning you can use it out of the box and it will put HIMBO shaped armors on your characters. The sliders are more for a courtesy so people can customize the shapes however they want. So yes, you can use my mods without the need for Body Slide or Outfit Studio.
