- Regenerated all FaceTint data at 512 resolution using textures provided by Better Makeup for SKSE. To clarify, here “makeup” refers to the different tweakable color zones on an NPC’s face, which most of the time has nothing to do with literal makeup. To benefit from this up-res you’ll need SKSE with the proper ini tweak.
- Regenerated all head meshes with Ultimate Eye Meshes Ruhmastered, ENB Brow Fix, and Seamless Males. These are modding resources and do not require any additional download.
- Generated mipmaps for all tintmasks
- Fixed the short names for all College NPCs and the Dog.
- Gave names to all excavators
- Gave voices to excavators where missing
- Gave Sameth a voice (male even toned accented)
- Assigned many NPCs to Winterhold Crime Faction (students who train with offensive spells can't be - this will hopefully be fixed in a future update)
- Set Vaktis and the Dog to Protected status (as the other NPCs are)
- Set Vaktis to level with the player at 1.5 the PC level and a minimum level of 25 rather than being level 100
- Unified all guardians as a single actor def, with the original storm atronach set as its template so it can share most of its data with it.
- Nerfed the guardians just a little
- Set all spell-practice AI Packages to a new version which eliminates the 'weapons-out crouch-walk' normally seen as they walk to their practice location
- Tweaked all AI packages to give each student a full schedule, fill in gaps, and create layered fall-backs, including unique weekend routines (some students study, others sleep and hang out at the tavern)
- Gave all excavators a sleep AI package
- Gave the Guardians the Default Master Package List so they can be linked to a patrol without needing a dedicated patrol package or to be a unique actor
- Redesigned Vaktis' AI packages so that he will sweep at any idle marker in his currently scheduled cell, rather than at just one or two assigned locations (allowing the deletion of specific sweep idles from College interior cells)
- Set students studying in the Arcanaeum from patrol to sandbox, with idles set inside the AI package so they will run a variety of animations on each idle marker (allowing the deletion of specific read and study idles from the Arcanaeum)
- Set a travel AI package before every training scene to make it more likely that the NPCs will be grouped together before they begin to train (this doesn't work if the player 'waits')
- Changed Myvrana's training spell to lesser ward
- Changed Lentilus' lighting bolt training to be able to use any targeted spell
- Lentilus now wanders around Winterhold City a bit before going into the Frozen Hearth
- Moved the spell practice in the front tower to earlier in the morning so it doesn't take place at the same time as another training scene, to reduce noise and framerate issues
- Moved the spell practice in the courtyard away from anywhere someone may want to sit
- Gave AI packages to the five students so that they are present during First Lessons (Previously this feature was exclusive to Obscure’s College of Winterhold - now it’s for everyone!)
- Disabled all AI packages which has an NPC leaving Winterhold until after First Lessons is finished, to prevent any NPC from trying to pass through the gates while locked, resulting in broken behavior
- Assigned all NPCs to hang out in the Hall of Countenance at night, so that they're not loitering in the player's room
- Add some more bedrolls so that all of the Saarthal workers can sleep
- Disabled the ownership (Markarth?) on some mining markers at Saarthal so the workers can use them
- Added more mining markers
- Allowed the dog to roam the Saarthal camp rather than stick to two patrol points
- Added some dog idle markers
- Added collisions under some of the wooden plank platforms at Saarthal so that NPCs wouldn't get stuck between the cracks
- Set all of the Saarthal guardians to patrol
- Added more study markers for Tarakel
- Eliminated all conflicts with ICoW
- Ensured no conflicts with Not So Fast Mage’s Guild

- Removed the guardian from Saarthal which guards the dungeon entrance
- Removed the two guardians flanking the door to the Hall of the Elements
- Removed two guardians from the College's upper walls
- Stitched together the patrols on the upper walls so that the guardians who remain maintain coverage
