Well having the same problem as with all other claws mods - can't build the basic body mesh for the hands, as no sliders provided, so gonna have seams since using OBody/Bodygen
See note in bugs specific to the bodyslide error for the CBBE file involving missing slider sets.
As for my seams, I'm not sure what causes the Racemenu issues with seams for females only, where the weight slider doesn't work properly; it's apparently a known issue - it's not due to this mod of course and I don't think it's OBody either. I'll figure it out some day :)

I don't use either of those mods, so idk how they're structured and can't tell you for sure. You'd have to edit their specific skin's armor addons file to use the clawed mesh and change them to use Khajiit armors. I don't remember the exact terms the CK uses
Actually, I found a solution for this: Better Claws and Gauntlets DAV. You will need a patch to change the naked hands record, but as long as the NPC race uses the keyword IsBeastRace, all their armors covered by the mod gets claws
