Changed how items are distributed via script, rather than creating dirty edits to NPC merchant containers. Items are now sold by General Goods merchants and some Blacksmiths.
Changed the dialogue sounds heard by each dog breed when performing dialoghue interactions with them.
Fixed an issue with the incorrect dismissal dialogue showing for hireable dogs the player does not own.

Converted all textures, old and new to BC7 format for better compression and performance.
Changed the page name of "Tracking" to "Dogs", however this change may not take effect on existing saves using version 1.0. The mod will still work as intended though using the old page name.
