Bug: Only the horses I own (the ones in which the mod works with) cause immediate glitch-flying around the map, usually resulting in death. Other horses that I can steal are fine. Does anybody have a fix for this at all?
will there ever be a patch for andromeda standing stones, i want the effects of the f*#@ing steed stone but i cant uninstall this mod or load it before andromeda or my goddamn saves crash WHAT THE f*#@
Like a few others on here, I got the menu message that "Something is wrong with you." The first time I said OK, and lost a point of strength. The second time I ignored it. I saw a Reddit posts that said it is a check to get your skill point back. Mine never returned. Others have asked in the 338 pages of posts... but no one has responded. So I wanted to ask again if anyone knows why that message is being generated and what the impacts are on selecting the choices. I found it it xEdit, but have no idea what the GetVMQuestVariable means.
Is there a way to disable Serana's fire horse? I found that companion's on horses just causes bugs and problems. They get lost and stuck when dismounting. This especially bad with Serana who needs to play a longer animation to mount her fire horse.
This mod has been pretty reliable in a long play-through (just reached level 80). However, a weird bug has occured. My follower's horse disappeared but isn't dead. When I use the horse call, their horse does not spawn. I've attempted some trouble shooting and will post here in case anyone else has had the same issue.
I reverted to an older save to find the ID via console commands.
I went back to my most current save and spawned the horse. I notice the ID had changed from "Erik's Horse" to just "horse." Werid, I thought.
I disabled it via console command, I rid the horse of its protection spell and killed and recycled the actor all via console command. The new horse spawns back in but with no ownership or anything.
Hi, I want to ask that what happened if ı dont buy a horse for my follower? Can't they be teleported to near me when I ride and go? And, another question. I got the quest "free" horse. Do I need to buy myself a another horse with coins?
How do I interact (start a conversation) with NPCs while mounted? I'm using a controller on PC. It told me the buttons during the tutorial, but that seems to be the only time and place they're given and I've forgotten them
Jump button while stationary (not moving). Have to choose the NPC's name from the list that pops up, if their name doesn't show up there, move closer to them (while you are on your horse) then press the jump button again.
New game, arrived at Whiterun, bought a horse, horse IMMEDIATELY loses it's activation marker and hides in the stable and refuses to come out. Stablemaster refuses to acknowledge anything, says I already bought his horse. No quest start, no nothing. Can't ride my horse or ANY horse for that matter. And of course you didn't include an MCM with any sort of debugging options or anything. Even with the "Anniversary Patch" mod does not work.
This mod is mostly a great addition to the game, but locking the mount option behind a dialogue window feels very clunky. Any chance this could get compatibility with Dynamic Activation Key (for opening the dialogue) while Activate key just mounts the horse as normal?
complete the convenient horse quest..then a lot of dialogue options will appear after u interact with the horse...select the last option where it says something like "i would like to modify idk" then u can change all these mount,harvest,attack,etc settings hope this helps :)
