If you initiate Entity Scan while your character is standing in place, they will be nudged slightly to the side (demonstrated on the gif). This is due to the "scan wave" VFXobject being spawned right at character's position. This won't happens if they're on the move. A circumvention is being looked into.
Does the Entity Scan feature also reveal the dead as well as the living? I have a real need to help find my dead deer in the tall grass at night... not to mention the various undead that want to pop out on me in dark tombs or gloomy rainy nights in the forests.
This is a fun little piece of Kit for my Dwemer playthrough, however couple of notes for possibly tweaks for the future or perhaps patches if people are up to it:
For one, If you have IED or anything that displays your equipment/favorites on your character as gear, then this will stick out horizontally from your hip as it uses the same animations for Torch. Also as such, if you have anything like Dynamic Torch animations, you can sometimes hold this in very pecular ways like slanted or too high.
Final note, if you have Wheeler, when you select this from your wheeler, it wont allow you to use your flashlight or entity scan functions, for some reason it doesn't view you as equipping it like a favorites menu or an inventory menu.
