Important Notice:
The SpawnCommand can spawn Gadgets, but there are often broken: like 2-way-teleports, WarpDepots, Gordo Snares etc. But other types of gadgets like: 1-way home teleporters (e.g red home teleporter), RefinerLink, MarketLink etc. work just fine.
All spawned Gadgets will persist through saving and loading!
To remove them, look at them and execute the KillCommand in the console
