If you find any visual glitch or problem with some texture, mostly white paper, try disabling dehaze in reshade, it can cause some visual glitch in some screens
Reshade should select the setting from my preset if you select my preset on install, sometimes it requires to install Reshade as admin to properly load In the worst case just copy all the files from the rar in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sons Of The Forest and should work fine
Upon download, the file or any file or asset inside is not zipped at all for me.
Does the main file need to be copied/moved into the top layer of the game file under steam or is it a different layer of the file or a subfile in the mod?
Super unclear about implementation.
I went ahead and downloaded reshade separately and assigned Sons of the Forest to it but this mod is completely irrelevent to it. When I assign the preset file accompanied with the mod folder, there are zero files checked in reshade in-game and I have to choose my own preset which defeats the purpose of the mod.
Just tried to download it and it works fine for me but I've uploaded a version with the last current update of Reshade, you can give it a try and if you want to install reshade using my preset instead of copying the files, try installing it as admin cuz sometimes reshade doesnt want to work well without it, hope something works
Since patch09 for SoTF either main menu lasts 2 seconds, then the game crashes or the main menu lasts 2 seconds and then shows some random raw texture in fullscreen with no ability to interact. Music keeps playing, only alt+f4 got me out.
Im trying to fix it, disabling some effects and stuff but it seems that they broke reshade with this update, we just have to wait and see, i tried with other effects but nothing, keep crashing on my end too, sorry i cant give you any solution but i really dont have one when devs broke reshade
When I started the game with this "mod" for the first time I shortly saw 2 lines of text in the upper left corner of the screen but once the main menu appeared those 2 lines disappeared.
I saw some reference to a key to press but couldn't grab all of the text at once. What is it saying and what does the key do?

Indeed, thank you!
Update: Thank you a lot Charly for this reshade pack! Such a great job! Makes me not wanna go back to this foggy, washed-out colors vanilla style
Thanks a lot for the feedback :D i've always loved reshade but all the presets online are too much for me, i try to make my presets as beautiful as possible without performance drops or exagerated colors and sharp.
How do I add this without the nexus mod manager? Update: As description says to copy things into game dir because dll files in game dir will be auto loaded by unity games which I did not know until today
