Fast Aiming For All Guns and Scopes, Fast Reload, Fast Equipment Speed

This is a simple mod i made to speed up the gunplay.
Changes
1) Very fast aiming speed for all guns and scopes
2) -30% reload time for all guns (double barrel shotguns -40%, tube magazine shotguns -50%)
3) -40% equipment time for all your gear (i tried to make it even faster, sadly the game gets buggy after a certain point)

- I used the awesome RePak tool by Saymonn to create this mod
Compatibility
This mod changes one file, if your mod changes this file as well you got a conflict
1) WeaponGeneralSetupPrototypes.cfg
Installation
Unpack the .7z with a program of your liking (like 7z or similar) and then put the .pak file into your Stalker2\Content\Paks\~mods folder (if the folder is missing create it manually, the "~" is needed)
If you are upgrading from version 1.0 to 1.1: Delete the old .pak and replace it with the new one
Tested on patch version 1.1.3
