- Temporarily removed Psy Phantoms since they seem to stick with the player permanently until I manage to fix it.

Implemented modular refkeys/refurls system for EffectPrototypes.cfg for improved mod compatibility and reduced file size
Recommended version renamed to Hard. Vanilla renamed to VeryHard. Their only difference is still the Armor (4 on VeryHard, 1.15 on Hard) and HP (775 on Hard and 500 on VeryHard).

Decreased Focus Duration from 1.5s to 0.8s

Reduced claw attack damage from 30 to 20
Decreased claw Armor Piercing from 4 to 2
Lowered claw Bleeding effect from 30 to 17.5
Increased Psy Strike cooldown from 6s to 6.5s
Extended Focus Duration from 1.5s to 1.35s
Reduced Psy Aura range from 4500 to 4000 (40m)
Decreased input inertia and mouse movement effect chances by 23%
Reduced shooting/aiming block chance by 20%
Lowered camera yank probability by 10%
Changed Psy Phantom min spawn delay from 12s to 10s
Changed Psy Phantom max spawn delay from 24s to 20s
Increased Psy Phantom spawn range from 4-5m to 10-14m
Decreased sprint speed from 410 to 400
Reduced Psy Strike point gain from 8.5 to 7.5 (vanilla is 10)
Lowered Psy Aura point gain from 3.5 to 2.5 (vanilla is 3). Despite the removed Aura damage, you will still get damaged at high Psy - this is vanilla behavior.
Decreased Concussion effect duration from 8s to 6s
Reduced passive psy aura damage from 16.5 to 9 (vanilla was 20, unused)
