About this mod
bunch of changes from other optimizations. Some have what other dont so i just added as much as i could find till it ran well enough for me.
- Permissions and credits
These are the settings i have found to try and squeeze out all i could.
I run this game on a 4070ti and a 5800x 1440p so if you are similar hopefully this helps you as well.
I have most of the games settings on low and some on medium play around with what works for you.
the windows files go into:
AppData\Local\Stalker2\Saved\Config\Windows
the changes try and turn off Ray tracing since it just tanks performance and tones down lumen. so at the end of the day there is a hit to the pretty factor. But im able to play the game on DLAA instead of quality so the visuals dont feel as bad (never been a fan of super perfect lighting anyways).
in the starter town i get around 50 - 60 fps mostly stable with frame gen i get 120-140 fps. but considering these are 10 higher than what i was getting playing on DLSS- quality and now i can run it on DLSS-DLAA ill take it.

removes mouse acceleration trying to smooth out turning.
would recommend one of the mods that equalizes horizontal and vertical mouse sensitivity.
