Brilliant! I already had good responsiveness and latency with similar tweaks but this just made it even better and the best part is I can now override Reflex Mode 1 to 2 and get even more boost! :D Endorsed, thanks!

PS: And yes everyone should disable OneFrameThreadLag with or without FrameGen if you don't want a huge FPS drop. I am using frame gen and running at 90-100 FPS average on my 4080 @1440p on all Epic with lots of ini tweaks to improve visuals even further, with 50 to 70 ms latency without using OneFrameThreadLag and it's already super smooth, especially in the open areas.

Bro, something is definitely problematic with your RTX 4080, cause I get 90-100 fps (excluding town where there are a lot of npcs, there I get 60-70 fps) most of the time on everything on epic, without frame generation on DLSS quality with my Asus Dual RTX 4070 Ti Super on 1440p resolution. I have overclocked the GPU a little bit, but the temps and performance is great. I think your GPU must get much more FPS without frame generation on 1440p resolution.

I never comment on mods, but felt like I had to on this one. I have a decent computer, 4070 super & Ryzen 9 7950x3d. The input in this game is just disgustingly bad and slow. This mod made this game feel INCREDIBLE. Thank you!

i dont know why but when i put this mod on it tanked my FPS, i have seen other comments saying the same, went from 110fps to 70fps. i think it has something to do with the engine file that is in the mod.

I've been playing for about 2 months with input lag, and dude, at the beginning I was searching like crazy for a mod like this, but I didn't find (if only I stayed one more week persistent...). For some random reason I've found a yt comment mentioning this mod, and might I say, I am impressed, I can now play without feeling that I have one less finger lmao, thank you!

this mod made my aim feel so much more responsive but i lost over 50fps with it, so until u can find a way to make that better, ill need to use another mod!

This mod does not affect fps. Do not mislead people

You don't know better FlutterBooty, because it 100% can cause framerate reduction on some systems. That's even the main reason it's off by default in the vanilla game.

It affects FPS to an insane degree. Take your own advice, friendo.

OneFrameThreadLag inside this engine.ini decrease fps and greatly reduce input lag. I've lost 10-15% fps, but when using Frame Gen its 100% worth, without frame delete this line.

    any reason why
t.Streamline.Reflex.Mode=1is not set to "2" Reflex low latency with boost?

Cause boost increases power draw a lot without improving latency much

      ??

If it works it works. Why are you being rude to people?

      - Enables Reflex for nvidia users

      - Prevents the game from holding a frame

      - Disables mouse smoothing

      - Disables UE5 smooth framerate feature

Before the v1.0.3 update this improved latency ten fold. After that update the developers literally added commands from this file to the game (such as disabling mouse smoothing) because people complained about latency, so for something simple it was enough for the developers to do the same exact thing I did to address latency issues.

      Have a good day!

yo hybred, according to your own UE5 variable list, bsmoothframerate variables do not exist in UE5

That's because it's not classified as a "console variable", it's a boolean engine setting.

My website doesn't upload those. It's a real command that can be found inside STALKER2's own game directly if you decrypt their Pak files and check DefaultEngine.ini, under the Engine header

Read more about it here: https://forums.unrealengine.com/t/what-exactly-does-smooth-frame-rate-do/292365

There's just SO many and I don't know what works and what doesn't anymore. It's not like there's all the same settings when I actively compare the most endorsed ones; they often have settings missing from one another or different settings for the same lines despite them claiming to do similar things.

Just wish one engine.ini creator would win this war already lol
Sorry that you perceived my mix of amusement and frustration as "rudeness".

1.03 and game is actually not playable. but previously worked disabling Frame Generation, but now it is back to heavy aim and 18 fps game feels like! Totally unplayable!

Game is broken yes mod improved response but game feels still like 18 fps but faster like you literally moved by grids 20/20 pixels it is complete dogshit don't know why i tried reinstall game/verify files, delete folder in Apps data nothing worked.

I already played game pre patch 1.02 and 1.03 and it was somewhat playable with Frame Generation off, now it is to heavy aim like 400 dpi lol again + fps is like not more than 30 probably

It is crazy also that devs still program smoothing to the game even today: only 1.03 patch disabled it.

Tried increase shader cache to 100 and also installing new drivers, but it seems something is just completely fucked, it is beyond unplayable!!!
