    You may want to inform people to install Java first LMAO

    Specifically the development kit: mod is pointlessly unusable without this

    EDIT: The mod isn't even that worth it. Fails to explain any of the changes it's making or how many changes under each checkbox.

    This has gotten rid of the Bloodsucker shimmer for me, making it more difficult to combat them

    Dunno why the creator didn't add this to requirements guys, but you need this for it too work:

      Open a terminal in the same folder and write java -jar '.\Stalker 2 config.jar'

      If you have java up to date you should just be able too double click it and run it.

      This specific update worked , reinstalling it after the recommended ones from earlier.  Thank you!

    crashes the game for me

      even after reinstalling it i  deleted the folder with the inis going to verfify game files ill get back to ya edit :that worked.

    After installing latest Java and JDK versions, I copied 'Stalker 2 config.jar' to Stalker 2 root folder (near Stalker2.exe), and opened a command prompt with administrator privileges and navigated to Stalker 2 root folder and this command worked:
    java -jar "Stalker 2 config.jar"

    This doesn’t seem to be working for me, even though I followed the guide exactly. For context, I’ve successfully modified .ini files in other Unreal Engine games without any issues. Did the developers block this functionality?
