Personally, I found myself preferring the vanilla display for artifacts in the end because it preserves the mystery; seeing the raw stat on an artifact and knowing it sucks kills the joy out of finding artifacts.
There's a line in CoreVariables.cfg, "UIFloatPrecision = 1" I changed it to "2" and it fixed the problem; now the numbers round out to 2 decimal places instead.
Damn, was that simple all along lol. Thanks for sharing. Seems it maxes out at 18 decimals as well when trying = 20. The 0.15 ones are actually 0.150024414062500000. Stamina Cost on water and energy drinks is -9.997558593750000000%. Only checked the stuff I had on me anyways before putting it back to = 3, but most other things seem properly rounded off (I know, fascinating right? -.-).
Hi. Can you make the same mod, but with positive stats for all artifacts? So that the radiation is disabled, and even the artifact heals the radiation.

Someone should report to GSC to change UIFloatPrecision in game patch. This would be ideal for modding.
