Future possible updates: 1. Giving options of how many objects are removed, from 25% ~ 75% or all. However I can't gurantee if this will be balanced, because I cant physically see where those objects are, I can only randomly remove some of them. 2. Other requests from you guys.
Some asking me if I can remove anomalies, well, yes, but why? If you guys really want that, I can make that happen in the future. But how is that Zone anymore? :(
Really awesome mod, HOWEVER it does remove the static stalker energy drink (melon) special edition, I think thats a huge shame, those are some potential permanent upgrades
Some screenshots of each Caution case would be helpful to determine how immersion ruined are? I was looking for a mod that could make places more tidier but yours does it partially it seems. Too bad it can't be done mid game since I already explored all zones and locations and not sure about to start a new game to test changes since I will need to pass the prologue and most places in Lesser Zone are the same.
Thank you for the images. I made up my mind to use the removal of decoration items only. I like to loot everything, its part of my fun. Now I just wish there is a way to remove certain static objects like dirt, mounds of dirt and junk, broken glasses and so on. I suppose change their 3D models to a blank one may do the trick. Modular of course, I don't want pretty empty rooms, just a lot more tidier and to choose what to "hide".
I guess it's not possible to remove static objects at the moment, they are built into the map as map parts. Only when GSC releases it's promised Modding Tools, will it be possible.
Hello! I have been using the removal of decorations and enjoyed it a lot. However, I think patch 1.1.3 broke something because right now I am exploring Pripyat and see tin cans, books and many other decorations. Can you check if your mod still works with that patch, please?
Spawn files don't get broken normally, only reason for that to happen is GSC added tons of new trash into the game, and set it to forced spawn by scripts. God I hate those tin cans, I'll try to locate the problem when I got some free time.
So I finally started a new play through but it seems the mod works partially. Destructible wooden boxes, empty bottles, plastics and some more are visible. I expected Zalissya bar to be more cleaner but seems nothing changed in there.
For now I didn’t change anything related to any quests, cuz I experienced a mission stuck caused by removing some tin cans, it’s quite dangerous doing these to Hubs, you’ll immediately find a difference exploring non-quest-related areas.
Hello, review the Beard quest. The apples failed to spawn so I was forced to pay the ransom instead of shooting them. Fortunately I already got the related achievement since the game was released but just found out this issue with my new play through. Will report some other problem I may find.
Just curious, does this remove the chance of medkits/antirad/grenades from NPCs? I'm definitely finding fewer in the world but still have an absolute boat load of them just from looting enemies
Nope, it only controls world spawns. If you want less loot from NPCs, you should get another mod doing that. This mod is 100% compatible with any mods atm.
it's these types of mods that make this game what it should be, which is more difficult. I've been playing Stalker Anomaly Gamma recently, so I think mods like this are needed to improve this game. I'm going to test your mod, thank you
You can choose to remove dozens of categories of items in-game, for example remove Ammo Lootboxes, or all Medkits, Food, Drink items in-game. The world will be much more of a desolated place. But I suggest using this mod with stash upgrade mods, otherwise the exploration experience will not be satisfying lol
For now I only removed WorldMap_WP(general open world) trash items cuz I'm not 100% sure if removing LogicLevel(quest script spawned) trash is safe, I ran into a problem removing tin cans in Pripyat causing the quest not progressing. Weird and unbelievable...

Edit: found the same problem on several other doors in different zones.
