The entrance to Sunberry is where it is because 1. it makes sense to us and 2. it makes sure we're compatible with EVERYTHING while keeping our lore and connection to Pelican Town intact. Please use your imagination and suspend your disbelief. We are not changing the entrance's location this far into development as it will require reworking a bunch of other stuff, and we're not interested in doing so. We'd like to focus on moving forward and adding new content.
Additionally, any disrespectful/rude comments will be removed. We will not be wasting our time or energy on them.
I really enjoy your mod, thanks so much for that! Although I seem to have some troubles concerning the mysterious seedling (?). I had full hearts with everyone of Sunberry (even with every NPC for Perfection; I also played with SVE, RSV and ES), but the quest didn't go on. Then, I added Wren, Ripley, Jonghyuk and ARV (and also Visit Mount Vapius), maxed those hearts, but still nothing happens. I played for quite a (ingame-)while. Am I missing something? The quest says: "Continue strengthening your bonds with the villagers to help the seedling flourish."
In my shipping list, I'm also missing the Carmine Blossom and have no idea where to find it. Is it connected to the mysterious sapling?
I also hope, I did the smapi log right. https://smapi.io/log/da1511c07560496d9bb7565171454834
Hi! The seedling quest isn't locked behind friendship only, but also time. It gets checked once a week then progresses to the next stage, so most likely, you just need to be patient and play as normal. I can check on your seedling if you do the following for me: Type sbv.gs.stage into the SMAPI console, hit enter, then type sbv.gs.info, enter again and send your log back here again.
As for the Carmine Blossom, it's forage flower you can find in winter in the Sunberry Forest
Good time of day. I am not a native English speaker, so I write using translation. I have encountered such a problem. when playing in multiplayer with the nps map location mod, I don't have nps displayed on the map. Although the host has them displayed. Has anyone encountered such a problem?
Is there a way to upgrade the house which we buy from the inn and have a mailbox for that house? And would it affect to wife and marry life? I am playing with friend and we have an idea that we will live on different village.
Hi! No, unfortunately that house cannot be upgraded and your spouse can't live with you. It's just a game limitation, there's not much we can do about it. However, it does have a mailbox already. You just need to buy a shipping bin from Robin.
Hi there! I'm working on a Japanese translation of your mod and had a question I was hoping you could help with. In the Unoccupied Houses section, there's a line that says: "You think a mothan on the run would like to live here with her familiars." Could you let me know what mothan means in this context? Thanks!
Hello, I'm hoping I can get some assistance. We were updating our mods and noticed this one was now required for the "always raining in the Valley" mod. I haven't had any issues but whenever my girlfriend walks into town she now freezes and cant do anything. any assistance would be much appreciated.
I'm not sure how to get the smapi log sense it closes whenever her game crashes.
The SMAPI log parser page has instructions for finding your log file on pretty much any platform. Please follow the instructions there and provide us with a link to your log because there's not anything we can do to help without that.
Hi there, I started a new playthrough with Sunberry Village (which looks great and I can't wait to learn more about all those new NPCs! :D ) and noticed that the vanilla introduction quest has 4 more characters in it than are listed in the relationship tab. I did some trouble shooting with my other mods, then looked into it with CJB Cheats Menu, and the culprits appear to be Aicha, Moon, Pan, and Reihana. Since those characters seem to be event or time gated, they make it impossible to finish the quest on day 2 as usual without cheats. I'm not sure if this is intended, but it would be great if you could look into it, since they'll probably also affect Emily's "talk to everyone" request later on (the list for it is based on the initial introduction quest, aka no Wizard, Dwarf, Krobus,...)
Edit: Taking the NPCs out of Perfection requirements doesn't change the quest.
Out of all these characters, only Moon is included in the introduction quest, and she can be unlocked on the same day you view the wizard's intro cutscene that lets you interact with the community center, so day 6 at most. Aicha, Rei, and Pan are all excluded from the introduction quest.
Thank you for the reply and I'm sorry for wasting your time. I had to restart my save because of another mod issue and now they are indeed excluded. Looks like it was a compatibility issue that got fixed after updating other stuff.

Smapi says the seedling has reached its final stage.
