About this mod
This mod adds additional content to the Stardew Valley Expanded character Sophia.
It allows the building of special casks to age Blue Moon Wine into Aged Blue Moon Wine, and allows aging of Aged Blue Moon Wine up to iridium quality in regular casks.

Have you ever looked at Sophia's Blue Moon Wine and wondered why you can't do more than just buy and gift it?
This mod adds a specially made cask, designed by Sophia's family that will let you age the base Blue Moon Wine up to the Aged Blue Moon Wine.
You can also use your expertise to further age the Aged Blue Moon Wine up to iridium quality.
This mod is not canon to SVE, but it is lore-friendly.
Gameplay:
Aging the Blue Moon Wine is a long term investment for mid-late game.
You will need to reach 8 hearts with Sophia and progress her storyline and know how to craft Casks (by upgrading your farmhouse) before she will send you the recipe. As it is a Cask, it will only work in the Cellar, this is toggleable via config.
You will still need to buy the Blue Moon Wine from her. (She is running a business)
The Blue Moon Wine can be placed in the Blue Moon Cask. It will take 70 days (2.5 months) to produce the Aged Blue Moon Wine.
The Aged Blue Moon Wine can be placed in regular casks to improve the quality. It will take another 14 days (0.5 months) to age it up to iridium quality.
It will take 84 days (3 months) in total to produce and age the Aged Blue Moon Wine to iridium quality.
For those wondering how viable this is, aging the Blue Moon Wine to Aged Blue Moon Wine, and then aging that all the way up to iridium quality produces 202 gold per day (or 297 gold per day with Artisan skill) this is significantly more profitable per day than starfruit wine even though it takes 3 months.
Note: It is not profitable to buy the Aged Blue Moon Wine from Sophia and age it. (She is already selling it for iridium quality + Artisan price)
