A fun additional gameplay feature, but Sophia's 10-bottle daily limit restricts scalability, making it unsuitable as a primary income source. Looking forward to recipe additions in future updates.
Hi, I think there's a minor issue in the current version. When Blue Moon Wine is aging in the cask, if you knock the cask with a tool, it should normally return both the cask and the Blue Moon Wine. But currently, only the cask is returned while the wine disappears.
Would it be possible to add the wine recipe, since Sophia herself teaches us the secrets of fermentation? Once we married her, it would make sense for us to be able to produce her family wine.
First, thank you for making this mod which gives the blue moon wine meanings other than +2 luck. But is there any mistake during my calculation? With artisan skill, starfruit wine exert 137.5g profit per day ((3150-400)/20), while aged blue moon wine with iridium quality only exert about 98g profit per day during the first 2 years ((28000-6000)/224). So, is it true that "aging the Blue Moon Wine to Aged Blue Moon Wine, and then aging that all the way up to iridium quality is at least 2-3 times as profitable per day than starfruit wine"? Or I actually made a mistake during calculation?
Hi there, Your calculations look correct! I will mention that blue moon wine costs 3000 not 6000 (you may be including the cost of the wine to make the cask) but even changing that does not make aging the Aged Blue Moon Wine better than Starfruit wine + Artisan.
I actually have no idea what I did, but it looks like I messed up in my calculations when I made this mod...
I may have been comparing with Iridium Starfruit Wine, which actually makes the profit per day go down, but I'm not sure how I got the 2-3 times... unless the price of Aged Blue Moon Wine was changed...
I'm very surprised that nobody else has mentioned that the math didn't work out since the mod was created!
In any case, thanks for bringing this to my attention, I will re-evaluate the values and change the aging times to make this mod actually more profitable than Starfruit in the next update.
new update disables the use of the normal cask. i didnt test the blue moon cask but i cant use the normal one anymore and while disabling the mod the cask functions normally again
Still haven't got your mail from Sophia after 8 hearts?
Unmentioned in the description, you also must have a fully upgraded house (the cellar upgrade) and craft a cask. Once you do that, and all other preconditions are met, you will recieve a letter in the mail on the same day.

If I do add a recipe, I may lock it behind marriage because it would be Sophia's family recipe.
Wish for Mandarin Chinese translation^^
Have a nice day!
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Otherwise you can use the debug command
