Hio! I wanted to say when I start SMAPI, it says that your mod hasn't been updated for 1.6 and compatibility isn't granted. I'm not sure if that makes any difference, but I wanted to mention it here and just ask if I can still use it without trouble.
Is anyone else recently having issues with both the CP and AT version? I keep getting an error about being unable to find data/additionalwallsandfloors
I was using it without issues until just a few days ago.
YES! I am having this issue now. I thought it was user error and I accidentally deleted some piece of the file, but I re-downloaded the file and I am still getting this message. I was able to use it just fine maybe two or three days ago..
Noting the fact that your post was last month, have you solved this?
EDIT: I'm thinking of just switching to the AT version since I use that for the majority of my other mods as well!
Hoping someone can please answer my question as I'm quite new to using mods and so far have only used CP. I want to start using AT for wallpapers/floors but had a question about how this will affect multiplayer? I play online with my partner and he doesn't use mods, would it affect how the wallpaper shows up on his screen if I used different wallpapers from multiple AT packs? Thanks! :)
visual mods, that don't change gameplay, don't affect any other players in multiplayer. You can easily use different aesthetic mods than your co-player. The only mods you have to worry about in multiplayer are those that change and add things to the gameplay. (like automate, better junimos, game expansions etc)
does the AT version still replace the og game wallpapers, im very new to using mods for strictly personalization so im not that confidant about what AT is
Hi there! Sorry this is a bit late, you may have figured it out yourself by now, but just in case you or anyone else needs it:
The AT version requires Alternative Textures, which does not replace the vanilla wallpapers or floors. :) It allows you to change textures of certain things while in-game using a Paint Bucket tool that you buy from Robin. You can download multiple AT mod packs, and they'll be compatible with each other! You just click on the item that you have an AT mod for, and it will bring up a menu allowing you to select which texture you want to "paint" over the original.
I can't change some of the flooring and wallpaper, i downloaded other mods that bugged my game but i have already deleted them and the issue is still here

Thank you to Sevinae for coding the non-replacer CP version!
