It's a single piece of wood to chop that I can't reach without a no clip mod. There's a piece of fiber near grandpa's shrine that does the same thing but that I can reach.
If you are using Smapi you can use the "world_clear farm debris" command in the game console to clear all the debris in the farm. If there are also trees in unreachable places you can do "world_clear farm trees" and to clear everything including permanent objects (besides buildings) you can do "world_clear farm everything".
The clean picture doesn't show any hardwood stumps or forage, which the forest farm is famous for. This is so pretty I really want to download, but no pictured extra stumps and me being unsure about forage makes me hesitate. Really lovely look though!
