Initial Release
When 1.5 came out and the option for the Remixed Bundles was added, I was happy. The base game bundles are nice, but after playing and completing the community center multiple times, some variety was a breath of fresh air. Then I tried it, and found that 80% of the bundles were unchanged, with a few having minor option changes, and a handful more offering an chance of a different bundle in their place, and was moderately disappointed.
After some time looking at other mod options, they all either seem to make the bundles harder or add more grind, which I don't want, or are full SMAPI randomizers for the whole game, which I also don't really want. So, taking some inspiration from the latter, I took apart the remixed bundles, extended them, and set it up as a Content Patcher pack to replace the existing remixed bundles with a somewhat expanded in scope version of the same.
So now it has:
More possible bundles in all rooms (at least two new ones for each room, with the Bulletin board replaced entirely with 30+ options)
More options for existing bundles (Crop bundles pick from all crops of that season, rather than the same four every time, and so on)
Remade some low-effort bundles to be actually interesting to complete (Sticky Bundle, I'm looking at you)
Caveats:
I've yet to find a good way to edit the Vault or Missing bundles with this method that doesn't cause them to break to some degree. I may keep poking at it, but there's not a lot of interesting options for the former anyways.
I am absolutely not a pixel artist, so all of the new bundles reuse the sprite artwork for other bundles, and don't always match very well. It's a minor thing, but may bother some people.
This was mostly something I made for my own use, but some friends convinced me to release it for others that might feel the same as I. It's not perfect, but after a fair amount of testing there's no bugs as such, and may well add some more life to the game for people, so here it is.
