in the romaceable portraits the path look something like this mods\CP - Victy's Romanceable Male Portraits-22645-1-2-1713537064.1\CP - Victy's Romanceable Male Portraits\CP - Victy's Romanceable Male Portraits (three folders) but in the basegame villagers there is only one. i downloaded manually the basegame villagers portraits, created two folders: in the first one i put all the files and in the second i put the first. then i compressed it into a zip file and put it in vortex. so the path in mods should look like this mods\CP 1.6 Victy Stardew Valley Villager portraits-16238-1-6-41-1736155148\CP 1.6 Victy Stardew Valley Villager portraits-16238-1-6-41-1736155148\CP - Victy Stardew Valley Villager portraits\CP-VIC~1 (if it doesn't make much sense i could try to explain it better). it works for me so i think it would also work for you. in villager portraits there are four folders 'cause one is the zip

naver is really easy to sign up to actually, its the account verification that's annoying (because you need to be verified to join the stardew community) but it literally took less than a day for my application to get accepted. i can help you with this if needed!
otherwise, i could give you a one time dl link for the winter protraits for these un-marriagable npcs but i'm not sure about op's redistribution rules. the marriagable candidates winter outfits have already been uploaded onto here https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/22645 (male) and here https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/22644 (female).

I'll try to make this as short and simple as possible :3
1. So after you have made your NAVER account, you want to go to your account profile and find the part where it lists your name and there should be a button about getting verified right next to it. It was in Korean for me, but at the bottom of the page theres a button labeled 한국어 with a dropdown arrow and you can change the page to English. You should now be able to find that verify button easily enough.
2. If you click on the verify/change name button, you'll know you're at the right page if something like 서비스 이용 시 실명·연령확인을 위해본인인증을 진행해 주세요 appears, and the page should have two buttons that say 본인 휴대전화 and 아이핀. Ignore those and look at the bottom where it says something like "If you need help" or "You need to confirm your real name to use this service", you'll want to open the dropdown box.
3. Press on "the help guide" link and it should take you to a page in English. If you're not living in Korea (or you're not Korean) then you need to read the heading titled 2. Foreigners (without an alien registration card). This will help you when you fill out the verification form. If you're ready then click on the link at the button titled "click" and it'll take you to the form. This part is self explanatory.
Note: Be SUPER specific with what's on your ID card. For example, if your name is John Doe Smith and your ID says John D Smith, make sure you write that on the form.

우클릭하고 Unpack 하시면 정상적으로 적용됩니다.
When using vortex, it says 'Never Installed' and does not apply.
Right-click and Unpack to apply normally.
