Thank you SageFelix for the delicious portraits and sprites<3 This is BY FAR my favorite wizard portraits and I absolutely love your rendition of Magnus
Also edit: A little late but here's how I got it to work:
For the portraits: Using Portraiture, I put all the portraits into a folder and loaded it through that. With this, you won't need AeroCore/HD Portraits-- Just Portraiture will do. If you want the hat (like I do), I recommend just heading into photoshop and dropping the hat layer on top of the portrait sheet. If you don't have photoshop, you can do it on Photopea (online image editing tool, just drag and drop into the window, then save as)
For the sprite: I went into RRRR's files (mods> RRRR > [CP]RRRR > assets > Characters) and replaced the Wizard.png and Wizard_Beach.png with this one.
Hi, could you explain a little more how you did it for the portraits? I have different folders in the "Portraiture" MOD and I thought that placing the files would work, but the vanilla still appears (I have already disabled SCC SVE)
Hi! I think I had the same issue you were talking about so I just put the Magnus portraits with all of the other portraits like [this]. But then again, I only have a single folder in Portraiture so I haven't had much problems with it
Hello! Could you help me on that? I honestly never used Portraiture and for the love of god i CANNOT make the portraits for this work. The sprite is tottaly fine, but even following your instructions im not sure witch portraits put into the folder, and im probrably just dumb as f*#@ but i simply can't do it.
A little late (I rarely check nexusmods, I'm sorry!) but what I did was drag and drop all the PNGs (i.e Wizard.png, Wizard_Spring.png etc) into the existing portrait folder that I have!
If you've never used Portraiture before, here's what worked for me: 1. Download Portraiture. Drag and drop it into your mods folder 2. In Mods>Portraiture>Portraits, create a folder. You can call it whatever you want (For now, let's call it SageFelix's Magnus) 3. Drop your desired portraits into Mods>Portraiture>Portraits>SageFelix's Magnus Note: If you already have other portraits for other NPCs, you can either put them in the same folder, or create another folder altogether. Treat these folders like 'profiles', so to speak. So if you want to run several (non-conflicting) portraits together, you can absolute do that without having multiple folders 4. Boot up the game 5. Press P when you're in a dialogue screen. If it loads the custom portraits, congratulations, it works!
I love these Portraits sm and started my rrrr playthrough with them. Everything seemed fine but I did notice the the 'beach' Portraits not working even though I have the 32 Port version on (made sure a lot of times). Anyone else having the issue? I've been trying to fix it myself but I'm clearly missing a detail
Thank you for updating this! I was having trouble with it last night and completely forgot to post a comment here about it since HD Portraits isn't updated for 1.6.
Im not what im doing wrong, but I cant get the portraits to work :( I have one other mod with his portrait but I deleted the png from that folder, not sure if it would have helped either way, but Im trying to use the pixel ones since the HD Mod needs to be updated or something. Sorry, Im really new to mods too so that probably doesn't help. If anyone knows what might be wrong or how to fix it let me know!
This portrait is so beautiful!! I love when Magnus gets his heart eyes or whatever that pink dot is hahaha (also the one when he gets this red eyes, annoyed combo??? don't judge) May I ask if it's posible to make fanart using your design? Giving respective credits of course ;u;
