    Thank you. This looks like what I have been trying to find for ages. I hate how Carrot Juice takes days. I could understand wine, but just juice? Now if only I could find a mod like this, but for Jelly and pickles. Like longer the pickles have been in there the higher quality, but jam takes like an hour or so.

    Hi,
    First of all thank you for this mod and your efforts. I was having some difficulties with your mods (this and your Copper Still mod) and I've found your mods are incompatible with Machine Progression System. The juices only accepted by the normal kegs. Is there a way to remedy this?

      I've experimented a bit after this comment and found that for some reason I'm unable to go from juice to mash as shown in the images, but if I put mash to still it works (I've cheated and got the mash from CJB Item spawner). Even after deleting the mods that upgraded kegs and such this didn't change. I think this is caused by Cornucopia as that's the only other mod I have that changes how machines work but I can't delete that without causing a lot of problems. 
      The items that don't require a mash step works very well, however that's just 2 items out of 5 so over all it's a bit disappointing.

      Heads up, Machine Progression System just got an update and it seems this mod is now supported based on its list of Integrated mods. I haven't tested it yet as your comment actually stopped me from downloading this a week ago, but worth checking out now!

    Looks nice, makes sense & with the configuration options to ignore the additional vanilla changes (except where juice is produced ofc)!
    Just a question, can we make juice from mushroom too? Or only from veggies & fruits?

    Wines produced using this mod lack the "wine_item" context tag required by SVE "An Elegant Reception" mission.

      This mod does not modify the Wine item output tags at all. I just tested with this mod and Strawberry wine produced from Strawberry juice did have the wine_item context tag on it.

      honestly, i think that might be an issue with that SVE mission, i've had it not complete with fully vanilla wines

    when i used this mod, it took away my ability to make wine with individual fruits, i was not able to make ancient fruit wine anymore. any ideas on what i was doing wrong? never mind i figured it out. :)

    hello!! first of all let me thank you for this mod, i actually enjoy the added complexity of going through the juice phase before making alcohol, and it's fun having fruit juices at all
    came across a weird bug though, unsure what exactly it's related to: input silver hops juice to a keg and it worked fine the first time, but when i took the pale ale that resulted and tried to input another silver hops juice the keg wouldn't accept it. tried to spawn a plain hops juice instead but it wouldn't accept that either. however when i hover over the keg with another kind of juice, ex unmilled rice, it works fine. this happened on the same day a green rain started so possibly related to that but i can't know anything for sure
    i have it working on the unmilled rice for the moment, will update with further info later if i remember to

    edit: yup, hops juice works again the day after (though i tried it on a different keg, maybe that makes a difference?)

    edit 2: may have a theory for what's happening! i didn't use the same hops juice as last time, but now i am trying that hops juice and it actually still doesn't work, and neither does any juice spawned by cjb item spawner -- i think because i must have made this hops juice with the other juicer (added by cornucopia artisan machines) and it as well as cjb items lack whatever tag is now required by the keg to be processed, much like the wine produced by the kegs in this way lack the wine_item context tag according to fluttercruel below

    Does this work with Automate? btw what a great idea, i have always wondered why there's no fruit juice...

      I tested it, for me it has a weird bug, whenever I try to make sake the normal way, or simply by clicking on the keg, it works. However, when I try to make sake with automate, it makes unmilled rice mash for some reason.

      Actually, that bug was from the steam deck, I tried replicating it on a Windows pc, and it worked just fine.

    I like this mod a lot, thanks!

    I have one small improvement suggestion. Is it possible to change the keg description to reflect how the new system works? Right now it just seems to say 'place fruit into a keg to make beverage'. Maybe an error message when trying to put a regular fruit/hops/etc into a keg? I took a small break from SDV and forgot I had this mod installed, and I was so confused why kegs weren't working! Later I realized it was just this mod, but there wasn't anything in game to reflect that. I think it could be helpful to have some kind of text for that.
