The furniture is absolutely gorgeous and I'm so excited to get to play with it. Just a question though, do the star fragments have to be classified as gems? I just ask bc they don't appear to be donatable to the museum, and with the way minerals work in 1.6 the mineral isn't unlocked in the collections tab until it is donated to the museum, meaning there's now a permanent line of undiscovered minerals in the collections tab forever. It's not a huge deal, I can just change the category myself if it bothers me, but I thought I should bring it up
Thanks! :) They're classified as gems so that they're automatically liked gifts for NPCs and affected by professions such as Gemologist, but you're welcome to switch them to something else for personal use if you like :) I'll also look into the mineral thing at some point and see if there's anything that can be done there.
So I was doing some experimenting tonight, trying to find a solution for this for both this mod and sunberry, and I have discovered that adding the "not_museum_donatable" context tag to each item and changing their category to -12 instead of -2 removes them from the collections tab. I do not know why it works for these as it didn't work for the sunberry minerals, but I thought you should know either way, since that category also benefits from gemologist according to the wiki
I downloaded the update today, but upon loading up the game, all the catalogs I have placed down are now red symbols suggesting they don't exist anymore
Small update, I also updated better crafting at the same time as this mod, although when I tried restoring both mods to the previous versions, it still doesn't fix anything.
Robin doesn't sell anything related to the mod now either.. It's as if it isn't loading into the game at all.
To be clear, I turned my computer on, ran smapi, saw that this mod and better crafting had updates, exited smapi and updated both mods
And then upon starting the game up, it was as if this mod ceased to exist in my game :(
Last night before I turned my computer off, the mod was running fine. I'm so sad! I love Star Fragments <3
You have special orders enabled, which as mentioned in the mod description prevents all content except the fragments themselves from showing up until you've finished the matching order.
There's no need to say "same here". As I said, it's not a bug, it's a deliberate design decision. There's nothing I can do about the minerals being greyed out as that's an issue with Content Patcher.
Syanide23, don't worry about the perfection! I actually achieved it despite my worries. The collection tab will remain ... ''aesthetically unpleasing'' but AirynS cannot do anything by her part if it's a CP issue. :)
The mod is excellent, but I don't understand how to use the dye station, I have it, but when I place a fragment in the machine, the mini fragment of the machine's texture becomes multi-colored, but from there, I don't understand what I'm supposed to do to dye my fragment or at least recover it.
Furthermore, I would like to suggest a modification: that the fragments can, in the same way as Animal Crossing New Horizon, remain the following day and disappear at the end of the following day if they have not been collected
They already do last until the following day. For the dye station, did you read Emily's letter about it? She tells you how to use it - you need to have two items in your inventory that are the same colour as the fragment you want it to become. If you've put a fragment in the dye station and it activated, you need to wait until it's complete like any machine.
I didn't really understand, but after trying several times, I finally understood, but I found the system quite rudimentary despite everything, for example, I would like to dye my fragment purple by putting 2 grapes in my inventory, but as I always have elixirs of life on me, they are often the ones consumed for the dye, I would suggest adding an interface which allows you to choose which objects to use for the dye and to indicate which fragment will result from this combination.
If you mean Rokugin's mod, the mod description says that it's compatible with mod-added items. I haven't specifically tested them because it was released after Star Fragments was, but you could test them out yourself and report back.
Oh, that's it. I got it from the screenshots, I thought the star was emitting light, and these are rings) but I didn't understand the comment about the food cults. maybe it's a bad translator)

I know theres an error in there regarding the bear family from east scarp, but I figured it wasn't related because it's been doing that for a week now
...
Nope, when I do Lookup Anything on a Star Fragment, all it shows are dye recipes still.
Please tell me, can I translate your mod into Russian?
Thank you!
Am I doing something wrong here?
Thanks!
