    I would like to ask why this happens. This still happens no matter how I install new data.

    So, if im playing in multiplayer with some friends, would having different amounts set between players cause issues?

      No. For other players, including non modded players, the game will simply think you have one combined ring equipped that happens to contain more than two rings. The setting really is just there to decide how many boxes to draw in the menu and how many rings you're allowed to stick into that combined ring.

    Why does it appear as a square and not a column like the pictures?

      Those images are from 2019, they're old. The game has changed since then, and so did the mod.

    Hello. May i ask if the effect multiplies when u wear multiple rings of the same type ?
    i have 50% crit hit chance from scout and 5 aquamarine but it did not crit like 100% crit hit chance.

      Generally, yes, but it depends on how the game does it.

    I'm trying to use this mod with the Stardew Valley Expanded collection and it says it's incompatible. Do you know why, perchance?

    Edit: This might be because it's not compatible with 1.6.15 rather than the collection.

      This mod should work fine with SDV 1.6.15. The version mentioned in downloads is what version it was compiled against, but works as well with later versions. Not having stardewhack installed would give a missing dependency error. It could be that you still have an older version of my mod installed (vortex can really mess up mod installation), but other than that I don't know what might be causing this error.

      Thanks for the response. I had stardewhack installed already so I was able to rule that issue out, however a friend of mine who doesn't use vortex had no issue in compatibility when manually downloading the mod. Sure enough, manually downloading the mod worked without issue.

    Why am I getting this message?

    I don't see why I need wear more rings. But I downloaded it anyway (Wear More Rings at Stardew Valley Nexus - Mods and community) and now I get this:

    [Wear More Rings] Mod Vanilla Plus Professions requested the Wear More Rings API (v2). Since version 7.1 the old API is no longer available.

      That message is for other mod devs that use my API. You can ignore it.

    Trinkets aren't showing up and ring spot aren't allowing trinkets.. Do I just need to remove this mod to be able to use trinkets?

      I have the same probem but now I figure that out, the spot for trinkets are invisible but after you drag the trinket on you can still wear it!

    Thank you very much for the change in UI, now selecting 4 rings makes a 2x2 square (very nice!) and selecting 6 a 2x3 table :)

    I still rememeber when I got a 4-height column next to a 2-height one when selecting 6 rings :(

      You can thank GizmoTheMoonPig for that, they wanted that so much that they implemented it.
