That message alone isn't enough to tell. It's just a generic message about SVE not completely loading. It could be that one of its components is missing, or that one of its requirements is missing or needs to be updated. Your smapi log will say which one it is.
I am missing a crafting recipe that I cannot locate. It is not mentioned in the SDV Expanded wiki, so I have no clue what it is.. I can't post a photo for some reason, but it is the last item on the crafting list, it is shaped like a bottle (it is none of the potions) and is the item after the wind totem. Can someone provide me with the solution? Thanks.

smapi console is the window that opens before the game does. Shows smapi loading all your mods. It's still open when the game's open. Put the command in it.

I'd fix the wiki if it didn't just infinitely load each time I tried to save the edits.
The requirements are to join the adventurer's guild as a member, repair the vanilla minecarts, and wait for the conversation topic after repairing them to end. (This normally takes a week, but if you have the Lasting Conversation Topics mod, it can either block or massively delay the start of this event chain.) And to be the host player if this is a multiplayer save.
Then Marlon should visit you at your farm in the morning to tell you to go talk to Gil.
I am not sure if anyone can help me. I completed the Community Center bulletin board and got the letter in the mail from Lewis telling me about it, but it is still broken. I have some mods and I am using SDV Expanded.
Not without editing the mod. Grandpa's Shed map and associated quests are loaded by SVE. Tilesheets loaded by SVE are used in IF2R. And IF2R uses "LoadMap", which requires SVE's C# component to read.
Looks like SVE's FTM component didn't pop out when unzipping. Try either deleting SVE and unzipping it again, or manually plucking out the [FTM] SVE folder from inside the zip file.
