Updated to fix issue where the unique Island panning items were not available when this mod is active. You can now pan the items.

Added the ability to customize how many panning spots per area and the times allowed.

Added setting for splash sound and read me files. Download, unzip into the Stardew Valley Mod folder.

For use with Stardew Valley version 1.3.6 and SMAPI 2.11.x. Will not work for Stardew Valley 1.4 and SMAPI 3.0.0 and higher.
