So as you can tell by my icon and username Zoro is my beautiful wife who is my husband but anyways I'm having a weird issue with the mod? I'm still in the early stages of the game and tbh a good chunk of the mod works just fine! He shows up, he talks, the hearts appear, his boat appears, etc etc. But whenever I load up the game I get this message?
- Custom Patio for Zoro 1.0.0 because it requires mods which aren't installed (aedenthorn.CustomSpousePatio, aedenthorn.CustomSpousePatio).
And see the thing is I actually have the custom spouse thing downloaded and it's the most recent version. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it's the mod :( but thank you so much for making this mod!!
I'll try uninstalling the game and doing everything from square 1 again later on and see if the same thing pops up for me! ^_^
UPDATE 5/10/2024:
So, I haven't uninstalled anything just yet, I decided to play around a bit with my current game and things seem to be okay for right now. In terms of the heart events, a lot of Zoro's early heart events never happened for me but his 10th heart event/proposal event worked fine. I was able to marry him and everything ran smoothly. The only thing is that his custom patio where he had his weights and everything don't appear. I only got his letter for the proposal event! Other than that the mod seems to work fine!
I think the issue is that a lot of other additional mods you need for this don't load properly because from the digging I have done a few modders have stopped doing mods/are on hiatus so they haven't gone around to updating things. Some people have given links to recent updates of some mods but even then it gives me error messages on SMAPI.
This is still a great mod though! I get to marry my beautiful wife thank you sm he is my everything
So right now I'm up to 10 hearts and I haven't gotten any of his heart events but I think it's because I haven't really interacted with a lot of the villagers in stardew. I haven't gotten any letters from him also. I'm gonna uninstall everything one more time and see if it works! the only heart events ive gotten were the starter heart event and the one where hes lost in town. I haven't gotten any other heart events :(
could you tell me what happens in the heart event? My sprite never loaded into the one where he was lost in town nor the one where hes telling vincent and jaz about his adventures, the first one worked for me though :(
As far as i've got- the first heart event played out but the second one i get an error and it doesn't fully play out either 😔. Same with the custom patio i got everything up to date but same error. I mean he's in the game and all but still sad that his heart event arent working properly TOT. ALSO his boat doesn't appear in the map.
Beside all that everything is working fine. Just hope there will be a compatible version for 1.6 and possibly more one piece content/mods in the future🥹
For his proposal, Zoro sends you a letter asking for you to meet at the beach on a sunday! (For this event to happen it has to be on a sunny day between 8-11:30 pm on a Sunday) When you get to the beach, it's basically Zoro just talking about his past and how he stumbled into Stardew. Then he proposes to you. It's a really cute scene lol I gotta figure out how to record things so I can record his event
Another mod I know had a similar issue with the heart events and it was a really easy fix just not sure if I am technically allowed to fix them and then say how to fix them so others can have working events in this one too bc of this permission. Sorry for a comment on a post from a year ago, but you seem the most into it

Pretty sure this Modder abandoned ship. They were last active in April 2024, and they haven't tried to even write a post saying that they were trying to work on updating any of their mods. Nor have they responded to anyone's posts either.... Which is really sad, this mod was absolutely amazing!

Also, he works, but he stays in his house, literally doesnt go anywhere else
