Hello, i cant get the "Prismatic Tools - Unofficial Update" mod, the site dont let me download it, is there another option for me for having these items ? (ps: if someone can give it to me the mod it would be lovely)
I was using Prismatic Tools Continued with this mod and had no issues, but in a recent update they changed how sprite sheets are handled and it broke the tool animations. Would love to see an update, getting a full set of shiny rainbow weapons is always one of my big goals when I play Stardew. ♥
Hi there! I've been working on restoring tool animations (mostly using Content Patcher animations) and have been having no luck. The tool animations broke after CPA update 1.2.0 in 2021 (and subsequent CP and SMAPI updates to accommodate CPA). I did recently learn that the animations work BRIEFLY upon receiving an upgraded tool in the left hand icon showing the new tool and in your toolbar before reverting back to static. Not sure why this happens but it's been the most info I can figure out so far. Mostly, CPA and SMAPI etc only update animations when they change post the update that broke only tool animations. It's a "LastGameTick" property apparently...unsure how to fix further. Lemme know if you figure it out! Really hoping to get this mod working again.
I also usethis version of prismatic tools, is that why those tools are not functioning? I thought it ws due to not using the correct version and was gonna see if a patch for that version could be made

Omg, at long last someone figured out how to get animated tools working again!!! I loved this mod back in the day. Is there any chance at all I could convince you to convert (or tell me where to go to learn how to convert) another old, animated tools mod I've wanted to get working again for ages? It's Crowley's Arcane Tools on Nexus. Any help appreciated and thanks for getting a whole category of mods working again :)

It's nothing to do with the prismatic tools mod. All the animations on the tools tilesheet doesn't work right now. It's a problem with CP-A/CP and SMAPI. Nothing I can fix on my end.

Hi, I'm having a very strange problem that I've never seen before, the weapon and scythe animations are fine, but when I get any of the tool in Prismatic Tools, they'll stop animating at a certain frame after running all the frames once, and SMAPI doesn't report any errors XD. so I don't know where the problem is. 1. Is there an option to disable the scythe in the config?
2. Do you need Prismatic Tools for this?
