The mod is installed correctly, but I can't open the item spawner menu in-game! Please try ALL of these steps before asking for help:
Load your save, then press i on your keyboard to show the item spawner menu. Make sure no in-game menu is shown when you press the button.
When you launch the game, does it open two windows (one for the game and one for the SMAPI console)? If not, SMAPI isn't installed correctly. Make sure you follow all the steps in the SMAPI install guide.
Does your your SMAPI log mention CJB Item Spawner? If not, it's not installed correctly. Make sure you unzip it into the folder shown next to "Mods go here:" in your log.
If it still doesn't work, please do this:
Launch the game (but don't load a save yet).
While on the title screen, enter this command directly into the SMAPI console window:log_contextIt should say it's now logging more info.
Load your save.
While no menu is open, press i on your keyboard. (If it appeared, then the mod is working and you can skip the next steps.)
Ask for help below. Make sure to add a link to your SMAPI log from step 5.
The mod doesn't work on Android! On Android, make sure you use CJB Item Spawner 1.11.5 (not the latest versions).
If your menu is shown at the bottom of the screen and cut off, kmskth found a possible workaround:
it depends on how zoomed in your game is. it fixed the problem for me when i zoomed in game, it instantly shows the entire menu without it being cut off.
Otherwise I can't help much with Android-only issues. Android has a very custom version of the game in general (which will hopefully be less of an issue in the upcoming Stardew Valley 1.6), and I don't develop or play on Android myself. The mod is open-source though, and contributions are welcome if an Android modder wants to submit a fix.
Before asking for help or reporting a bug: Please upload your SMAPI log and add a link to your message. This has useful info like what versions you have, which mods are installed, what happened in the game, etc. Please do this even if you don't see an error in the log.

I have an issue when using both CJB Item Spawner and CJB Cheats Menu: when typing text in the search bar of the Item Spawner interface, it triggers the shortcuts of Cheats Menu (For example, I use to set the time pause cheat to T so each time I type this letter it will trigger it).

Hi! I see CJB Cheats Menu installed in your log, but not CJB Item Spawner. You'll need to download and install this one too, since they're separate mods.
So all the pickled versions of mushrooms are missing, and also the cave carrot, dandelion, spring onion, and horseradish. Not sure if intentional or they were newly added. I made them in my preserver...so either I got a weird bug or something lol, I don't have a mod that adds them, but I do have SVE.
I'm having a really random issue, item spawner allows me to add everything but wood and stone to my inventory. I can add all other crafting resources just not wood, stone or hardwood. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the game and the mod, started a new game and its all the same. Its also not collecting wood or stone when I chop trees/break rocks. I'm so confused
