      no idea on that particular mod, please check your load order, and make sure this is near the bottom.
      
      This is a very small mod, and changes core values that generally should not be ship dependent.

      I did have it near the bottom, the only thing after it was Apogee.

      Then that's exactly a situation where Apogee would theoretically overwrite the changes made here.
      
      Try putting this after apogee, and see how that does for you.

   It says as a mod requirement "Creation Club content", but nothing specific. Not sure what is meant by this. If I choose not to use any Creation Club content, then I can't use this mod?

      Just that you have to be all on the latest patch, and be able to load creations from BGS, so you don't need plugin enablers
