Could you please try to reduce the abundance of identical NPCs in Hopetown? This is a weird situation inherited from the vanilla game, and it's quite immersion-breaking.
I honestly can't tell that this mod is a mod. The building placement looks like something that Bethesda would do if they made cities and settlements a little larger. Nice work!
This is nice, if I'm extra picky I think the new buildings are a bit cleaner than the old ones. But other than that works wonder for me. I hope you are thinking in expanding this to other places. Game could use this idea. Thanks!
This is great - a specific idea that fits in perfectly with the base game and is done really well. Nice job! I don't know if they're just drop-in items in the Creation Kit, but I feel like the little canteen could do with a vending machine or two - from a distance I thought it was going to be a Chunks Express like the one underneath Neon. (Thanks for the distilled water though!)
I did get a few seconds of low FPS when looking roughly towards the middle tower with Hopetown behind me while parkouring around the buildings, but it didn't last long enough to pin down what exactly was causing it, and I couldn't get it to happen again.
The FPS drop thing seem to happen to a lot of person so I'll have to fix this eventually!
About Chunk Express: To be fair, when I created this small interior I didn't have any plans, I was just like "what about a free space/mess for inhabitants, I didn't really think about Chunk express or a shop lol, but why not. Btw, I may have to set an owner on the items inside this area, in order to prevent stealing lol
I cannot land at Hopetown with this enabled. It crashes. I have a mod list that's near the limits, but no other Hopetown mods so I'm not sure if it's just me or this mod, but I can't use it :( Unfortunate.
I've heard about the mod limit thing, not sure if modders can do anything about that :( ... Let's hope that Bethesda will try to do something about this issue one day, I don't know if it's even possible. May I ask how many plugins do currently have activated?
I’m at about 90ish. I even tried removing the Neon Vertigo mod I had in favor of loading this one instead. No go. So either this mod is much “heavier” or there’s some conflict of some kind.
I don't know if it is related to your issue, but it seems that I've altered by mistake cells outside the expanded area in hopetown, and also 2 cells in... Akila city... There is not apparent changes, so it's probably from tests when I was discovering the CK, my bad. Could it be the issue?
I reverted the 2 cells in Akila, but I have some issues reverting some cells in hopetown without breaking completely my mod, so I'll try again if I have time this week. I'll post here again once updated.
Anyway, related or not, I have to fix it so thank you for your feedback, it is really helpful.
I got it sorted. This mod uses a lot of “indexes” which seems to be the key soft limit on mods these days. I removed a few other mods and got this to work.
Oh, and fixing the mod to not change Akila cells reduced the index count by 1 which is nice. But it still uses about 5-6 indexes making it an expensive mod. :(
Interesting, this is really helpful thank you for sharing it. If reverting Akila cells alone reduced the indexes by 1, then I can surely do more about that by reverting unneeded changes/cells.
That's weird indeed. I tried now just to be sure, no issue on my side when I try to unzip/open, using both winrar and windows native archive extractor.
Are you using a mod manager? Like Vortex or Mod Organizer 2? By using one of these you don't even need to manually open or extract the file. Or does this error came from a mod managers if you are using one?
As an alternative solution, you can find and install my mod directly from the Creation menu inside the game.

Good job and hopefully you will continue with other cities!

Your mod series is actually very nice so I am really glad you did an overhaul of my mod too, thanks a lot !

fyi I changed to .zip instead of .rar archive from the last version. Maybe it will help!
