This in early development and lays out the foundation for the main starblivion, starim and starwind project, as well as many others that are to come. The goal is now to create buildings, landmarks, NPCs, clothing and armor, weapons, quests, sounds, and art
UPDATES
(The upcoming 2.5 update Will have Ground Biome fully painted, Trees, grass and clutter. City markers will be added, and the landscape will be reworked)
2.5 Changed the suns Position so it rises higher, changed water texture once, more, made landscape around the imperial city way more accurate and to size, removed Goldwhite tower in preparation for the imperial city mod, added city marker and some trees.
2.4 Made Cyrodiil Landscape More Accurate and walkable, painted cyrodiil roads, and snowy mountains first pass, updated water texture to avoid cubemap reflections while still retaining the transparency on shorelines.

2.0 All of the Tamriel base landmass is now out and established! everything has now been smoothed over thanks to Deveris! Added Unique province map symbols that correctly represent each region when viewing the planet from orbit. (these are not new map markers, they simply replace all the shrine map icon textures, as well as the map icon texture for the realtor) Included Gold White Tower and surrounding walls LODs only they have no collision and only serve cinematic purposes for now, they will be removed once the City Mod is Ready
1.5 HUGE UPDATE!! Figured out how to paint grass, roads and so on and have it remain while staying an ESM, Cyrodiil, Morrowind, Skyrim, Hammerfell, High Rock, Black Marsh, and the Summerset Isles now have a correct and accurate landmass, the heightmap is from transbot9 from nexus that's free to use for everyone, Deveris from discord then helped me remake and convert it to r32 format, Huge thanks to him for sticking by me with all these iterations, I then went in and cleaned it up since the import came with line errors, We also fixed Night and day Cycles thanks to SilentAvenger from discord, Nights are now properly dark and will last as long as a usual night in oblivion, we are still working on getting the moons to show up in the sky, but that's for a later update, New Assets have been created such as Gold White Tower the most important building and landmark of Cyrodiil, and the walls surrounding it, we also created a small wooden dock you see when first exiting the sewer, Removed Oblivion Alternate Start Mod dependency.
0.7 Updated ESM branch due to cyrodill landing pad not showing up, and prepared Oblivion Alternate Start Mod compatibility, exiting the Secret Passage/Sewer will now lead you to cyrodill.
0.6 Converted ESP to Full ESM, but you won't be able to just land anywhere you have to pick a province, and no fauna
0.5 Added provinces Map Markers for all of Tamriel, with a large amount of land for Skyrim, Morrowind, and Cyrodiil to be rebuild, each province has its own cell.
0.4 Addressed the biome precision, so you can land exactly on the shoreline of every outline precisely, and improved textures dramatically, lava snow, and the imperial city can now be seen from space.
0.3 Fixed Planet landmass from rotating from pole to pole, planet should rotate like planet earth now with a proper north and south pole, fixed upside-down texture.
