This Bethesda game is the most over-the-top s#*! their game studio has ever made. Those who continue to pay money to Todd Howard must suffer from their own mistakes. This game studio should be consigned to oblivion a long time ago.
I have copies the DLLs into my root folder, modified the .json file, copies the Low.ini file, and updated the .ini files. It still won't work. Am I missing a step?
This worked perfectly for me! All I had to do was extract the DLL files and paste them into the Starfield root folder. I have an RTX 3060, which absolutely meets the requirements, but in my case I think the error was caused by the Directx12 issue (not my GPU). The game runs perfectly fine on high graphic settings so far. I have Windows 10 version 20H2, OS Build 19042.630.
