Love the mod, but it inadvertently creates a bit of a problem. The green-and-white medical symbol is used elsewhere in the game, not just on medkits. Ricardo Bosch, for example, wears an armband in that pattern. Given the concerns expressed in these comments about unauthorized depictions of the red cross, this was undoubtedly a deliberate design choice by BGS, but it nonetheless creates a visual inconsistency that stands out to anyone using this mod.
I believe you've misunderstood what I'm saying. I'm not talking about the legal issue with using the red cross in video games. That's already been discussed in other comments, and your redesign addresses the concern. I'm talking about the visual discrepancy between your redesigned medkit and other depictions of the medical symbol in the game. Look at the following image:
Bosch's armband uses the same green-and-white design as the vanilla medkit. To maintain consistency, his armband would have to be changed to the new, red-and-white design. As would all other occurrences of the medical symbol throughout the game. I understand that's probably beyond the intended scope of this mod, but I wanted to point it out so you're aware of the issue.
ah gotcha sorry about that misread your post. Shouldn't too hard to change just need to find what the file is for that texture but I'm currently working on some other mods rn I want to get out so I'll update that in the future!
Careful, the actual Red Cross sees this or a nexus moderator knows what happened to stardew valley, they might nike this mod. cause apparently its against the geneva convention for the red cross to be used for other purposes.

Or something along the lines of that.
